◌  Island coverage

Here, incidentally, is my track on the island since this summer, minus some obviously spurious readings (and one or two incidentals which can remain unpublished). My strategy lately has been to bisect the largest passable gaps.

The heap o’ error in the middle is home. The funny stuff off the north is kayaking. I rarely retrace much when offroad; many dead ends are signal loss under heavy cover. I use a steady 3 seconds per sample now, but you can see tracks at 60, 30, 10, 5, and 1. I have tracks for maybe 0.95 of the time I’m out and about; there are only one or two walks which should be here but aren’t.
