Going around the tip of Sandy Point in the sun, as the birds which like to sit at the tide rip flew off, drops hit me. I was almost grossed out but when I looked up I could see the rain falling against the blue between the clouds.

I went to the dock at dusk, and as I showed up the sun was in a clear band. The water was simmering, and at first I thought it was a huge school of little fish feeding on the surface but then the drops started showing on the dock. (Remember the rain starting in Princess Mononoke?) Then I saw there was also a huge school of little fish feeding on the surface.

Just now, coming out after dinner guests, some stars were out but there was rain.
