Jelte and Isa prepare to sever the cervical vertebrae.

Mom puts rosemary and garlic into a pot with pepper and salt; Jelte lowers the meat from along one side of the spine.

Isa with the heart. Notice the copious fat; the sheep had leg trouble and was very sedentary for its last few months.
